Bad service and Incorrect information

Hy my husband and I got a call from the above mentioned company promising to help us with our debts.They told us that according to their calculations we will finish paying within 3 years. The monthly installment was R5000 But later on we realized that they are taking more profit than they are paying our debtors which would be impossible finish within the said 3years. After receiving calls from our creditors to increase the amount we pay in order to avoid arears we decided to cancel with Debt worx to continue paying our own debts from July 2018. Since we started paying for ourselves we realized that things started to get better and now we have closed all the accounts and only left with ABSA vehicle finance which we are left with arrears which incurred during the debt review process and will finish off early 2021. Now we want to apply for a Home loan but it is impossible as we are still appearing on the debt review details even though we have nothing to do with them.
