*****ing money from debtors

Regarding matter RUL ********** . I overpaid the amount due by R251.94. On 2 July, I contacted you and asked for the procedure to be followed for my reimbur*****t. I was told that a letter detailing the problem was to be sent. Done on 02 July. I was told to allow 4 weeks for the refund. Your statement to me even states in black and white that you owe me money - so where is it? 6 weeks later and now I am purely being ignored. It might not be much to you, but don't play with people's lives! I need my money back TODAY. Your time has long run out. Useless!
