<p>After i enrolled my daughter in a higher learning instituition, i lost my job and was not able to make my financial commitments. My account was handed over by CTI to Debt Tracker, for recovery of the fees that I owed.</p> <p>I made contact with a Shafiq Abrahams from Debt Tracker to discuss my financial breach and for payment arrangments to be made. In dealing with Shafiq over the last year and finally paying off my debt with CTI, I am in awe of this young gentleman's attitude, pleasant personality and forefmost his utmost respect for the people he deals with. I have dealt with very many people in his position over the years and at no point did I feel like less of a person, like I was being disrespeted that I needed to grovel and belittle myself. This is the way most of us feel when you are contacted by debt collection agencies.</p> <p>My sincere gratitude and utmost respect and admiration goes out to Shafiq Abrahams. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to change my perception of an industry that most of us would much rather avoid.
