Debt tracker incompetence cost a student a semester of studies

In 2009 I was a student in UKZN and had outstanding fees which were handed over to Debt Tracker and I paid the sum in full in 2012 and I requested a letter as proof. Fast forward to 2021 I am trying to register with UKZN, I paid my registration which somehow was not being allocated. After 3 weeks UKZN Howard Fees rep**** with just the call this number which was a Debt Tracker and even in that email I had attached the letter of paid up debt.

I emailed Debt Tracker who after 2 days said "It has been forwarded to management". Today is day 7 and I have not heard anything. I am sitting where I can't get registered because of their incompetence 9 years later that I still appear as "handed over" while they got paid in full. The registration fee was paid on the 22 March and it still not allocated. Meaning I shall have to sit this whole semester out.

This is the most incompetence company in the history yet they boast about 74% success rate.
