Debt tracker

Debt Tracker has yet to respond to my query regarding exorbitant costs to my student account of which I had no notice of this being handed over from CPUT. No terms and conditions explained , no signed documentation, excessive interest. I am being charged for costs with major discrepancies and they fail to take this matter seriously. Most *********** I've experienced. This matter will be taken further , best that the Manger of this company make contact.
