Charged Interest after payments

Never have I ever dealt with such a terrible an unprofessional company. I am disgusted and very much in shock. I was handed over by CPUT and have made payment every month but for some or other reason, the amount does not get less. I am paying so much money but at the end I am being charged interest after every payment.

I emailed them and was told "interest accrues each month irrespective if payment has been made" so at this rate I will never finalize payment cause interest charges are crazy high.
