Unprofessional, Hiding information

This company refuses to send clients a breakdown of the cost... They Charge you for Interest because you are handed over, but when you ask for a formal document to indicate as proof you were charged Interest, They refuse to send that to you. so This means they are *****ing from their client or they are *****ing for the person that is handed over... Why do they not want to provide the statement of account that indicates the Interest part?
