ADT Cancellation - Your debt collecting company (DEBTSOURCE) is ***********

I cancelled my ADT account for my home in Pretoria as I had to relocate to Johannesburg. I paid the outstanding balance + early settlement on 10 December 2013. I have the Proof of Payment and cancellation correspondence as proof.
Every now and then I receive an sms prompting me to pay my account.
On 19 October 2015 I contacted ADT to check the account because the sms’s bothered me and it was confirmed that all is in order.
On 9 June 2016 I received a phone call from *** (Debtsource) informing me that I’ve been handed over to a debt collector. I asked the lady to send me an email with all the relevant information so that I can settle the account (if there’s reasons to do so) because I’ve already settled the account 2½ years ago – I did not receive the mail.
On the same day I sent the lady @ ADT who I dealt with to cancel my account at the time (Audrey Combrinck) an email to query this phone call. I also called her but I couldn’t get hold of her. She didn’t respond to my mail.
On the same day I then contacted the ADT call centre and it was confirmed that my account was written off but that I must contact Debtsource (011 ********** ) to double check.
I then contacted this number and the person I spoke to confirmed that I owe R377 + early settlement of R260. I once again asked for an email address so that I could send my proof that I already settled this amount in 2013! She took my email address and said she would email me.
On 02 November 2016 I received an sms from Debtsource prompting me to phone 012- ********** to make payment arrangements.
I contacted the number and spoke to a lady called Ayenda. I explained my situation and history. She gave me her email address to send my information. I sent it to her immediately and didn’t here back, not even acknowledgement of receipt.
On 11 November 2016 I received another sms from debtsource
On 14 November 2016 I received another sms from debtsource
On 16 November 2016 I received another sms from debtsource
On 18 November 2016 I received another sms from debtsource
I again followed up via email with Ayenda at Debtsource – NO RESPONSE
On 18 November 2016 I posted a review on ADT’s website + on Debtsource website + send an email to ********** />On 24 January 2017 I yet again received another sms from debtsource + send an email to **********
UNACCEPTABLE FROM BOTH ADT AND DEBTSOURCE.
