DebtSense is DeadSense

As client of Debtsense, I am unhappy with their service. Since lockdown, sent mails and called the office.Even called DC Partners who pays creditors.No answer. Finally last week I managed to get the DebtSense office manager cell nr. So I explained situation of income gone.she rep**** by saying what she needs. I made work of it and.whatsapp het back what she needs.Then since last week Wednesday at 18:00 was the last time she was on WhatsApp. Even tried to call her but she does not answer. DebtSense must assist as we also need a payment holiday like on.the car but I need to work.through DebtSense and how can I get anything arranged if I cannot get hold of them? There office is even closed. Even that at one stage I supp**** the statement of the car and they still keep paying a higher amount over for the car. That extra money could have been paid to.other creditors.
