Impeccable Service from Soenie at Debtsave

I would like to say thank you to Soenie from Debtsave. She is the only one that was willing to help me after three months of trying to get hold of someone at debtsave. The company Debtsave phone numbers dont work even the one that i find on the internet. Not sure if they need to update it, However Soenie was the online that treated me with respect not like the other staff members that i spoke to before her that just cut me off. Soenie actually went through a lot of trouble to see if she can help me and explained to me what has happened with my query. I really think that she needs to be promoted to a management level.
