Hyphen PDA

I have paid up all my debt with Debtsave since 2021 and up to today I am still waiting for my clearance certificate. They are not answering any phone calls, e-mails or anything and just not comming back to me at all! I am truly frustrated and don't know how to proceed in getting my name cleared
