WORST SERVICE
Had to change my first relationship manager only to get one even worse. I wanted to settle my debt by December and asked for an estimate monthly installment and after 10 emails in four weeks, I still haven't received a response. It's like they want me to stay in debt. I only joined them because I thought my job was on the line because of Covid-19 and I didn't want to default on my payments. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. And they told me my credit score wouldn't be affected because I would be paying my debt but at a lower rate. Well that was a lie.
