Worst Debt counselling company in South Africa = Debtsafe
Absolute no response on your emails or messages to call you back.
I have two accounts that have been paid up since January and March and the payments are still distributed to the creditors. I have requested these funds to be distributed to my remaining 2 creditors with absolute no response from my relationship manage Nicky. I have sent a total of 6 emails with no responses at all. I have phoned 7 times to speak to him within the last month and every time I am informed that he is on the line and that he will phone me back. This has not happened up to date. I am extremely irritated by the fact that they have bad communication s****s.
I will never complete their surveys again and will definitely not recommend DEBTSAFE to any other people.

As discussed with you yesterday the accounts have been removed from your payment plan and no further distribution will be made towards the paid up accounts.
