Worse decision

The fact that I have to go through this procedure annually is annoying. In March 2023, I received notification that my inquiry will be forwarded to the clearing department for a clearance certificate. I've had my debt review for more than seven years. My prescription letter and pay letter have been turned in. My Clears core shows that I have no open accounts or creditors. It is so disheartening that I am unable to improve my credit because of this red flag of debt review that I have been battling for more than three years. Can
