Worse company ever! NCA needs to look into this company

I hate you people!!! I app**** for debt review with this useless company in August last year. They told me to pay about R7800 for my creditors of which I did till November. Then I got a letter from standard bank stating that my homeloan is in breach of contract and that we need to pay about R33000 as we are behind on payments and that they cancelled debt review as they haven’t received any money. I called debt safe along with my wife and the lady in charge of my case said that standard bank cancelled not them. I called standard bank and they said they sent them a letter stating they are withdrawing and they had 10 days to dispute this due to not getting money

I asked them why they didn’t pay my creditors and also why they let our home loan get cancelled without them paying attention and upto today no response. I then asked them to pay the money back so I can pay the home loan without losing it but I am still waiting for a manager to call me!

Even though I am making monthly payments I am STILL behind on the months that were not payed when I joined this **** company, now I have a summons delivered to me because of those months that we’re not paid!

I hate you ****en people and I will make sure I take legal action! Had I never joined you I would have found a better company that knows how to do their job!

I want a manager to call me back ASAP with no excuses this time on ***, you people are pathetic and used me when I needed help now I’m ****ed!
