was placed under debt review without my permission and now im struggling with debtsafe to undo the mess they made

ive been placed under debt review without my permission by cindy Vermeulen at debsafe, despite numerous emails and attempts to get hold of her nothing has been done to date to remove my name as showing under debt review at itc. this lady promised me that the process has been terminated and that she never sent anything to my creditors only to find out that she did send my creditors notification that im under debt review, I was promised that it will be removed and to date almost 6 months down the line im still struggling to get my name removed, this has made my life a living hell and she went and did all of this without my permission. I cant purchase anything as my name is damaged and she is blatantly ignoring my emails, she **** and now today Im ignored but in the mean time my name pops up everywhere as being under debt review which is not even true.
