Very poor service

I am really dissapointed with the service from Debt Safe.I have been with them for 3 months now,It is impossible to get hold of them,they don't respond to emails or calls,neither do they update you regarding the debt review application.I've never missed a single installement with them and I was shocked when creditors contacted me stating that they are withdrawing because there is no progress in the application.I sent emails as calls are not answered,they told me to relax .I did that and the debt remained in default now I still have creditors demanding payment then what's the point of paying them if I still get harassed by creditors.What exactyl is debtsafe assing me with if they faul to do a very simple task sush as responding to an email or picking up the phone when you call .I woudn't recommend them to anyone ,.
