UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED
This business is really a disappointment, when you are a 1st timer looking at ways to make your debt more affordable for you, they are with you through out the process. After a few months of debit orders going through, they start being distant until they eventually disappear. I have been trying to get hold of Pearl ( supposedly my relationship manager) but to no avail. I have sent an email to her on the 12.06.2023 but i have received "0" response. The option to log in on your website is not there anymore!! I have lost hope, i am even thinking of pulling out.
