Useless company, they neglect clients

I want my debt review flag removed and debt safe is refusing. This company put me under review for 12 years, debt are paid up and homeloan up to date. Due to negligence and slow payment on their side without any communication to me some accounts were terminated. 1. My wifes accounts are all paid up and letters were submitted but they refuse to remove the flag on her name we had one joint account (uptodate). 2.They want the paid up letter and / prescription for the terminated accounts and i sent one prescription letter, on the last account the bank sold the debt and they are not providing any information on who the account is sold to and they are unable to assist me as i can not get the prescription letter from anyone. On the other hand Debtsafe is looking for the letter that i must get from the unkown people. I am really aggrieved in the manner i am treated and i want to report this to the NCR and DCASA
