Useless

This company is useless! After ENQUIRING in 2017, I am now still being labeled as under debt review! I NEVER SIGNED UP, I ENQUIRED!! Its been years of communication, countless emails etc I STILL have no feedback. The consultant with whom I dealt with then doesnt work there anymore and they just throw their hands in the air and dont know what to do. I never signed up, and now I am at a point where I am dealing with the Ombudsman, the NCR and lawyers and STILL they do not contact me. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them!
