Urgent please not to go with Debt Safe

I am still in an financial difficulty after Debt Safe debitted my account..It's been 4 months now and still nothing...I have requested assistance and a refund as I no longer with them and they say they took the money for work done....R 6200 is alot of money for me...that costed me going into arrears for my vehicle finance and my credit cards and accounts currently...I get calls to make payment of the arrears and instead of Dedt Safe assisting me they put me more into debt...I plead to all don't sign up with Debt Safe ...they are there to take your money and put you more in debt and they are not true ....I am still waiting...
