Upset customer - is Debt safe a ****?

Hi

I am truly disappointed and very upset with this company. I was told that I would have to pay a certain installment for 34 months based on the calculations of my debts.

3 months went by, i then received letters of Cancellation regarding all my accounts. I then nake a follow up on this issue I was told some accounts are at counter point I then ask them for the past 3 months you've been deducting what have you been doing because now as debtsafe you're introducing a new installment of which it is very unfair and should have I known about this I would have never taken this offer now I need to pay extra

What was the use of this? Why am I being manipulated?

My husband then receives an Sms stating that they're are canceling his debt review contract.

No one has made contact with me. They're all quiet. I called two times and there has been no answer.

I am starting to get annoyed.

Could this be a ****?

I can't do this, a plan needs to be made by debtsafe. Why manipulate me like this then all of a sudden change things?

I need clarity on this
