Unsatisfied Debsafe Client....

I settled my accounts in April and gave DebtSafe paid up letters from Creditors but DebtSafe is not willing to issue Form 19 (Clearance certificate ). I was told by my Relationship Manager that it takes approximately 3 week for them to issue Form 19. I wrote an email to DebtSafe but they are not responding. I am not happy with the way they are dealing with my case. It is unfair for me to wait for Clearance certificate for more than 3 months. I have done my part which is to pay my creditors. Please do your part which is to issue Form 19. If your creditors consultant is failing to deal with issues, you should engage your legal team. I am not happy and I dont want other customers to go through what I am going through. That is the reason why I am submitting this review. I started this journey with you in 2012 and i have never experienced problems until now when you are supposed to issue Form 19.
