Uniformed and unprofessional
This company doesn't understand the difference between a Sequestration and debt review. They won't even forward the query to someone who might.
If you decide to Sequestrate later they will hold your credit profile hostage and refuse to remove the under debt review flag even after your submitted court documents to them.
