Still Waiting For A Clearance Certificate

It has been a 8 working days since I provided all my paid up letters to this company since that was the condition for them to give me my clearance certificate - after they advised me it would take up to 7 working days for me to receive my certificate. Someone from their company finally rep**** to my email yesterday stating they would get back to me shortly, it's already a new day and I have still not heard a thing back.

For some context on my situation, DebtSafe created a debt restructure that saw me paying off nearly double my debt by 2022, so after a months deductions and before my court order was filed, I cancelled my debt review and was ok with the idea of my credit report still having the flag, it allowed me to reach out to my creditors and clear my debt within a year as opposed to 2 and a half years after real sacrifice. DebtSafe hounded me for some outstanding fees that cost close to 2k and I paid this in full and sent this paid up letter to them along with my other paid up letters.

I have plans to move out and on my own, but I can not do that because this whole process is delaying me from doing so.

It's enough that people feel bad for being trapped in a vicious cycle of debt but to prolong this feeling and having no control over it, is actually tragic and not good for anyones mental health.

For a company that wishes to support and assist it's customers, it's quite sad that they're only willing to help when it's convenient for them.

This company doesn't even deserve a star because I, the ex-client, actually did it myself. I paid up my debt myself and in less than 2 years without their help.
