Still not debt free ...

I was under debt review for a few years and I was blessed enough to settle all my debt on the 12th of February 2018. The proofs of payment were sent through to the relationship manager who advised that she would obtain the paid up letters and within 21 days all would be clear and the credit bureau will be notified and my name cleared so to speak. Since payment has been made going onto a month and a half, nothing has been done. I had to step in and obtain the paid up letters. Really saddened as I though that once payment has been made, I would not longer have the debt review listing looming over my head. Wish that the relationship managers could say something and stick to their word.
