Some of the poorest customer service & assistance out here

When I started out my relationship manager Thumiso was an absolute peach! She kept me up to date about everything and I never had to call once. She just went silent and after a few months I called in to find out she is not longer with the business and I have a new relationship manager Phuleng. I was not notified about this and it all just went downhill from there. It's coming towards the end of my review and I'm the one that has to call everytime to get updates and I've been chasing up on my refund for almost a month now and still awaiting feedback. The account balance that my relationship manager had was also not the correct amount causing even further delay. It's just not good service at all and I'm at a point where I just want this whole process to be over do I don't have to deal with this company anymore. All the urgency to sign me up now there is no urgency at all. When I call I constantly have to call back 3 to 4 times hoping I don't get some who is just going to drop the line (always happens), and I'm being ignored on WhatsApp. What's a man to do.
