SERVICE DELIVERY
Service and response time has definitely picked up in the last 2 months that I have contacted them. previously it was very poor.it would take numerous e mails and phone calls to get anything query resolved. My debt councellor has also changed tremendously over the past 3-4 years. glad though to see improvement at last.keep it up!
