SAVE yourself and don't use DEBTSAFE
The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!
Quick to take your money through debit order but doesn't pay the required accounts. They send emails making you think everything is covered when in actual fact you being handed over to attorneys. Received attorney phone calls stating that all our accounts are handed over for legal action. When questioned the negotiations were questioned from our creditors but debtsafe didn't come back to you as their client fast enough to counter act the negotiation therefore allowing you get fall in legal actions.
NOW when I want to sort it out NO team leader or manager contacts you.
They are pathetic and they don't help you at all.
They want your money but do nothing to assist you!!
