Removal from Debt review

I registered for debt review with debt safe but they did not pay for my debts ; creditors kept calling me and I sent numerous emails to debt safe but did not get answers I then sent an email to them and cancelled the contract with them but Im still registered as being under debt review I need my name removed as being under debt review on my profile

I tried to contact you telephonically but with no success of getting hold of you.
Please note that we can not pay your debt if you do not make any payments. We received your signed application form on the 14th of November 2016. We have not received any payments since you app**** for debt review and therefore could not pay your debt and thus the reason being harassed by your creditors. On the 16th of January 2017 you decided not to continue with the debt review application.
We have notified you if you cancel the debt review after you have been declared over-indebted (form 17.2 has been issued), the debt review flag/listing will not be removed from your name, you will remain listed under debt review until you can prove that you are no longer over indebted. This implies that you remain on the data base of DebtSafe and flagged “under debt review” unless one of the following occurs;
1. Request to transfer to another Debt Counsellor of your choice to assist you further with debt review,
2. Re-activate your application with DebtSafe on the terms and conditions that will be explained to you,
3. Once all your debt has been settled then you can send us paid up letters and your Clearance Certificate can be issued.
Please note that we cannot assist you in exiting the debt review process, we can only guide you on the process to be followed when you want to withdraw/exit.
Trust you will find the above in order.
Kind regards,
