Relationship Manager with no relationship

Nannelle my relationship manager, you will never get her on the phone, she never reply to emails, she never communicate with client, what is debt counselling? If I may ask if your relationship manager is not available for enquiries. Whenever I call I m placed on hold for 20 plus minutes and then be told she is not available now, she will give me a call back but never received any. Give me another relationship manager or someone refer me to a better debt counsellor
