Really bad remote support on queries
Call logged re o/s payments to creditors took 2 days to receive response related to NCR payment window. Now I am unable to settle the last 2 o/s accounts with creditors as settlement quotes will not include funds already deducted from my account on 27/03/2020 which means these accounts are now accruing interest like crazy as payment has not bee received. Also the call just gets closed without my confirmation that my query is resolved.
