Poor service on Debt safe

I have decided to ask debsafe to assist me with my finance in April 2023 its been a journey and not a good one i will always have to phone or email the relationship manager Randy at debsafe to get feedback with many emails and calls then she informed me that i need to pay R4000 extra for Fnb but we asked debtsafe to help us out of our debt paying R4000.extra will get us more into financial de-stress but no results i even spoke to the laywer that was handling my case also no good service just told me the case was moved out to another date after that no communication then i reached out to Randy again she told me my case was throwned out because i didnt except that offer to pay more if i read the service that they will assist you half of it is not true. My husband put a hello peter 10 April 2024 but still no response from Debt safe if i knew this i would rather have gone with another debt place to get me out of debt
