Poor Service

I went onto Debt review and biggest mistake I ever made. I ended up paying my debtors off myself and now these people don't want to take me off their listing. You call them and the receptionist drops the call after holding for 15 mins. When you send an email you have to beg for someone to get back to you. Its so frustrating.
