NO REPLIES TO EMAILS, MESSAGES OR PHONE CALLS. HELP IS NON EXISTANT ONCE THEY HAVE YOU IN THE SYSTEM. UPFRONT THEY MAKE ALL THE PROMISES.

So after the review I got a call within a few minutes from the profile manager Pearl.
Once again promises were made and she failed. We now have a bigger problem and no contact. Lets see the magic this works.

21 Jul 2023, 16:13After now dealing with another consultant, things started off with a bang but we have since slumped back into the rut we were in. 2 days minimum turnaround time for a response is not acceptable. We are paying a monthly fee for a non existant service.
