Poor Customer service
Very poor customer service. Been paying and paying for years, when we finally got settlement amounts from creditors we found out that we are in credit. Battling to get the refund back, also waiting on our clearance certificate. Absolutely no communication. You can't speak to anyone telephonically, just wasting money listening to music. Numerous emails to different email addresses, no reply. Very dissapointed!!

06 Jul 2023, 13:31Two days later and still waiting for someone to call me. If I could get through to my relationship manager or anyone for that matter I would call but it is impossible. Spent hours trying to get hold of someone. Doesn't help posting replies for everyone to see that you want to handle matters confidentially just to sugar coat, and its just a copy and paste reply that most get, not even personal.
