Pathetic service close case with no outcome
It's been over 2months going on 3 months requesting the debt review under my name to be removed which has been over 5year period and the creditors are paid.
My cause was close and advised the case has been resolved, I am not sure what is resolved has this is still appearing on my credit score. No details whatsoever to explain what was resolved or a way forward.
My case was assigned to Nancy Makhubela. The service has been so poor just generic response left right and centre.
