PATHETIC SERVICE AND THET JUST WANT MONEY

If i could give no stars i would!!! Its a money making scheme... I signed forms for a joint application, was then told i have to cancel because i CAN'T do a joint one with my partner.. Then i did a single application then i was told i have to CANCEL AGAIN. Because now all if a sudden i can do a joint one. Now this morning i get a call AGAIN SAYING I CANT DO A JOINT ONE.... So what the ....... Am i suppose to do?... The so called "relationship manager" was supposed to call me back and im still waiting.. I then got a call from the consultant who is very nice asking me why i told the relationship manager that i want to cancel.. I never did.. Someone else then called me saying she listened to the recording where i was told to cancel soo please explain to me how this company is even still open as they are not DEBTSAFE.... they are far from DEBTSAFE
