Pathetic service
Debtsafe's service is the worst. They never get back to you. They close your query tickets without even replying to your concerns. Worst worst service ever!!! Your debt is only getting more not less like they promised!!!

In an effort to improve our service, we have updated the MyDebtSafe Client Portal. MyDebtSafe will now allow for quicker responses and more efficient resolving of client issues. Please find the instructions to request a call back or to escalate an issue on MyDebtSafe:
Step *: Navigate to www.mydebtsafe.co.za
Step *: Login with your username and password.
Step *: Navigate to "My Relationship Manager" in the top menu bar.
Step *: On the left select “Create” to create a query.
Step *: Fill in the fields, click "Send".

08 Oct 2021, 15:39Dit help nie, ek het dit al gedoen... niemand kom terug na jou toe nie... hulle stuur net ticket closed. Hulle respond heletyd op iemand anders se goed nie eers myne nie. Hoe meer ek probeer die persoon mail en se julle het verkeerde persoon, kry ek net ticket closed! So druk jou closed ticket in jou gaai op. Eks kla met julle! Cheers
