Not provided me with a copy of the court order that states that I am not over-indebted and no longer in debt review
No one answer their emails for 2 to 3 days every since I has cleared of debt review. Debt safe did not issue the bank nor myself with the court order that states I am no longer indebted and issued Form 17. I sent this to the bank (FNB) .I was informed that they never received the actual court order that states that I am not over-indebted and no longer in debt review. I cannot proceed with my bond application to buy a house for me .
