Hi Meg & Cindy
I am concerned about this debt counselling process for the following reasons:
Commenced application with DebtSafe in March 2022. Debtsafe was unable to reduce the interest rate on all creditors. yet, it is mentioned in the sales call.
5 October (8 months later) and process is not yet finalised. I had to re-submit all documents to VHT due to the age of the supporting documents - due to the slowness at Debtsafe. I had to follow up often to obtain the set court date. Today, after I follow up AGAIN, I am informed that the case has been postponed! Why?
I require detailed feedback on ALL the abovementioned points.
