no service from Cindy and Debtsafe
Debtsafe never responds to e-mails!
More alarmingly they don't honor the arrangement as per court order for creditors - putting the client at huge risk!
See trail of mails below - been waiting for a week for them - no answer!

Debtsafe did not pay ABSA Credit card as per the arrangement with ABSA.
My account shows an arrears amount of R270.
Update me why this happened and by when the arrears will be corrected.
