No response to emails, no answer on phone calls

Im very frustrated right now. I have been under debt review with debt safe for 2 years. My relationship manager left and no one introduced themselves as my new relationship manager. So after emailing the old relationship manager with no reply, i eventually email another one and waa told i have a new manager. Now trying to get information is very difficult. I want to sell my house urgently and need assistance but i don't get a reply to emails. I call and no answer. Can someone please call me and assist? I need to sell my house and need to know if i can then cancel debt review.
