I am so disgusted by this debtsafe , I send an email to a Carien who surpassingly my relationship manager that was on the 12th of March, to this date she has not contacted me, I have been trying to call them, no one is answering. Called and tried the new application department, the phone was picked up within 2 minutes. This tells me that they are only interested on new business, they don't take care of their existing client.
