Never use Debtsafe

I am so unhappy with the service i am getting from debtsafe, now i am receiving calls from my service providersi am owing and they have not been paid for two months and then the useless relationship manager from debtsafe tells me but i am getting monthly statement which shows thwy are being paid, now when i look in detail the statement i see something is not making sense with the oustanding balance.
