NEVER USE DEBTSAFE EVEN IF ITS THE ONLY DEBT COUNSELLING COMPANY LEFT

I have been trying to get assistance from this company for over weeks now, no response to emails, can't get through to the line and once you do the agents are ***********. The turn around time is 2 days which they always fail to maintain. Please do not use this company if you need to go under debt review because you will not get any assistance from them, I am in the process of reporting this to the NCR as Debtsafe is not keeping to their promises and taking advantage of SA.s who are financially strained and need assistance.
