Your Debt Review payments are currently in arrears for the December 2013 and December 2014. It's very important to keep your Debt Review payments up to date as you have an obligation towards your Creditors to make strict monthly payments to them.
With regards to your request to cancel your Debt Review, I have gone through all my e-mails but cannot find a cancellation request you send. I have forwarded you a cancellation letter to fill in and mail back to me. It is your right to withdraw, but the Debt Review flag will remain on your name until all debt has been paid in full. We could not obtain a court date yet because of your payments that's in arrears. In order to obtain a Court order your payments have to 100% up to date. Currently you are 2 months in arrears and you need to make urgent payment to avoid termination due to non-payment.
