i am not getting any joy from your so called relationship managers.
i received documents from your attorneys to get a court order.
i have then completed the documents and send it by post as suggested.
i have not received any feedback ever since. i contacted molly and she says the attorneys did not receive the document.what is the way foward? because i sent those documents.
i have discussed with molly again to increase my installment by R1000.00 however i told her that i cannot sign unti i get atleast some confirmation that the interest on my capitec will be recalculated should i offer to pay more.
my initial loan was R70 000.WHEN I JOINED THIS PROGRAMME IT BECAME R 90 000.i have been paying for months and to my supRISE it is now R150 000.
HOW THE HELL DOES IT GET TO THAT?
i said i will pay more, but no one is getting back to me to advise me how this is going to be recalculated.
i am not willing to pay R150 000 that is unacceptable. this programme has caused so much harm than good.
talk about false advertising.can someone discuss this matter with capitec to get this recalculated. i dont want to be on this program for the rest of my life.
this would have been avoided if your people were honest with me from the beginning.i would have not mind to pay an extra R1000.00 to avoid so much interest on my loan account. but no no one tells you the truth. and i was advised by your consultants initially when i joined that there wont be any interest added. how does anyone accept interest of double the amount i originally took out.
please also send me details of where i can lay a complaint against your company and your *********** staff.
i will pay more yes, but get my interest recalculated, i want a written document that will state that the interest with capitec was recalculated. i will not just accept to pay more then 6 months from now find out that the interest is busy accumulating while i am paying more.
i was so stupid to fall for this while i have warned.
please sort this out ASAP
We attempted to call you yesterday and earlier today, but without success.
Kindly be advised that all legal documents for the court application should be send via registered post to enable our attorneys to keep track of the posted documents and to collect it in time.
As communicated to you previously.
The amount you pay is calculated according to your affordability, according to a budget that you complete. Please understand that we can only pay the creditors with money that you have made available.
The ideal scenario is to calculate a payment plan to solve within five years but please understand that this is not always possible. Please keep in mind that while you are under debt review you do not pay your original instalments. You pay a reduced instalment over a longer period of time.
Kindly be advised that interest is always payable.
We as Debt Counsellors can negotiate reduced interest rates with Credit Providers, but there is no guarantee that the Credit Providers will reduce the interest rates.
Molly notified you yesterday via email that they are attending to your query with regards to the Capitec account as she could not get hold of you telephonically.
Our senior negotiator is currently working on your payment plan and Molly will provide you with final feedback.
I trust you will find the above in order.
Kind regards,
