Need Urgent assistance

scary experience i am currently experiencing at the moment when we started we were told it will be a managable about amount which it was not then after a few month they requested it to be increased by another 4000 rand which is impossible so now we are just hanging in the air please if some one can please just just help us we put our trust in debtsafe and now i am having second thoughts
