my account was debited but debt safe never paid my creditors

ive app**** debt review in november 2017, debt safe has bein debiting my account for 3 months with a total of over R24000, MFC dropped a bomb on me saying my car hasent bein paid since november in the event i lost my car. I HAD TO PAY ALL THE OUTSTANDING ARREARS OF R19725 TO GET MY CAR BACK. These people are taking us for fools, lieing to us and now i find myself in more debt than before.CARIEN, MOLLY, JOLANDA from debt safe that was handling my case are all **********.I want to know what happend to all my money and want a refund.Mark my words iam opening case of ***** against them, people work damn hard for their money and they feel nothing just to take from instead of helping you.
